Brandy Smith Stephens is the founder and owner of True Beauty Salon, a premier natural hair care salon established in 2016. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies and working for 18 years with the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office, she pursued her lifelong passion for cosmetology and healthy hair care.
Brandy believes healthy hair is the foundation of every beautiful style and has built True Beauty Salon around education, personalized service, and the H.A.I.R. Creed: Honesty, Accountability, Integrity, and Respect. Today, she is passionate about serving guests, mentoring beauty professionals, educating the community, and empowering others to embrace and enjoy their natural hair. We strive to maintain a harmonious and efficient environment at True Beauty Salon to ensure the best experience for all of our guests. To facilitate this, we have established the following policies:
Reservations
All reservations must be secured with a $25 deposit. This deposit will be applied to the service or can be transferred to a different reservation when rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice. Deposit links will be sent 7 days prior to your reservation and will expire within 48 hours. You may pay in the salon with cash or the credit/debit card of your choice. Appointments without deposits will be automatically released.
Rescheduling
Cancellations
With consideration of all our guests and our service providers, we have implemented a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any reservation cancelled within the 24-hour window will result in 50% of the service & time being charged to the guest. No call / no show reservations will be charged 100% the services and time reserved.
Intimate Atmosphere
Credit Card Authorization
By providing your credit card information, you authorize True Beauty Salon to charge applicable fees according to our cancellation and no-show policy.
